Both maps and paper cuttings are about layers, negative space, and careful cutting. Maps interest me because they turn geography into stories—whether it's a place that holds memories or landscapes that inspire. Paper cutting connects me to a 1,500-year tradition, reimagining cultural patterns for modern spaces. What they share is precision, patience, and the beauty of depth created through simple materials.
Digital designs are for people who love making. Physical art is for those who want the finished piece. Same design mindset, different ways of sharing it. Whether you're cutting files on your laser or hanging art on your wall, the work comes from the same process.
Every design starts as a sketch, moves to vector, and gets tested on real hardware—UV lasers, Cricut, Silhouette. I troubleshoot the paths so you don't have to. For physical pieces, I hand-assemble each one in my studio using quality wood and paper, preserving detail and depth at every layer.
